Events & Services

Public events, private occasions and venue partnerships.

CTR Hospitality develops and coordinates New York events, with rentals, staffing and venue support shaped around the real operating plan.

What we do

Ticketed promotional events lead the work, alongside private events and collaborative venue partnerships.

The right scope depends on the event, timeline, venue and audience. Project services and responsibilities are documented in writing. Public ticket details are published only for confirmed CTR events.

01

Ticketed promotional events

CTR develops and coordinates public-facing event concepts, promotion, venue logistics and guest experience. When a CTR event is available, tickets are sold through its Linkstub listing. The event listing—not this general site—states the confirmed date, venue, price, admission or age requirements and event-specific policies.

02

Private events

Planning and coordination support for social gatherings, celebrations, corporate occasions and other private events. Work may include planning timelines, service-partner communication, logistics review and event-day coordination, depending on the agreed scope.

03

Venue partnerships

CTR works with venues on event concepts, programming, promotion and coordination aligned with the venue’s audience and operation. Each partnership is defined independently; this site does not imply that CTR owns a partner venue.

04

Rentals & staffing support

Coordination for furnishings, service equipment, hospitality staffing and other operational elements. Roles, quantities, schedules and availability depend on the event brief, venue requirements and selected service partners.

05

Venue sourcing & coordination

A guided search informed by format, guest count, preferred area, atmosphere and operational needs. CTR can identify options, coordinate conversations and support comparisons. Availability and contracting remain subject to each venue’s terms.

06

Custom event support

Have a need that does not fit neatly into one category? Start with the brief. CTR will assess fit, availability and practical scope before any engagement is confirmed.

What to expect

A written scope before work begins.

Services are customized rather than sold as fixed online packages. Proposals describe the agreed scope, responsibilities, payment schedule and applicable change or cancellation terms.

An inquiry or introductory conversation does not reserve a date, venue, team or equipment. Availability is confirmed in writing.
