This is a static informational website. CTR Hospitality does not use an on-site account system, checkout or inquiry form on this website.

Information you choose to send

If you contact CTR Hospitality by email, the information you include—such as your name, contact details and event information—will be used to review and respond to your inquiry, communicate about potential or active services and maintain ordinary business records.

Hosting and technical data

The website hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs, to deliver, secure and maintain the site. That processing is governed by the hosting provider’s terms and settings.

Sharing and retention

Inquiry information may be shared with service providers or prospective project partners when reasonably necessary to evaluate or deliver requested services. CTR Hospitality does not state that it sells personal information. Information is retained as reasonably needed for communications, project records, legal obligations and business operations.

You may ask a privacy question or request an update to information you previously provided by emailing craig@ctrhospitality.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

The website describes CTR Hospitality’s service areas and general approach. Content is not a binding offer, promise of availability or substitute for a project-specific written proposal or agreement.

Bookings, tickets and commercial terms

An email inquiry or introductory conversation does not reserve a date, venue, staff, equipment or service. Private engagement scope, fees, payment schedules, availability, changes and cancellation terms are set out in the applicable written proposal or agreement. Tickets for confirmed CTR promotional events are provided through Linkstub; the applicable event listing states the date, venue, price, admission or age requirements and event-specific policies.

Third-party services

Venues, rental providers, staffing resources and other third parties may have their own availability, contracts and policies. References to coordination or sourcing do not imply CTR Hospitality owns those third-party businesses or venues.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, design and original graphics on this website are provided for CTR Hospitality’s business use. Do not reproduce substantial portions for commercial use without permission.
